With $80 million in annual revenue projected for 2012, Nutri-Force Nutrition currently operates a 250,000 square foot manufacturing plant where they currently have a total of 450 employees. In July of 2012, they opened a $13 million softgel vitamin plant with the capacity of manufacturing 5 billion softgel vitamins annually, one of only a handful of such plants in the entire U.S., where they hope to create over 400 new full time jobs in the next three years. Gilberto Diaz, Vice President of Operations, is responsible for overall manufacturing operations and FDA compliance at Nutriforce. He served as Vice President of Operations at a well-recognized nutritional manufacturer prior to joining Nutriforce where he has increased efficiency by 50% and driven sales in excess of $40 million annually. Diaz was also instrumental in developing custom software solutions where efficiency and product development was maximized through available resources within the manufacturing and formulation processes.
