Nutri-Force utilizes the highest quality mixers such as the HD Series Multidirectional Mixer and the Munson Rotary Batch Mixer. The HD mixer is UL approved and is ISO 9001 certified, it is unique in that it is one of the few mixers on the market that will rotate 360 degrees while shifting side to side up to a 45 degree angle. Because the HD Mixer is so efficient it reduces mixing times by up to 50%! As for the Munson mixer, proprietary internal mixing flights create its unique blending action. The gravity driven process produces a rapid, thorough blend while imparting minimal energy and intensity to the product. The result is 100 percent uniform particle distribution, the fastest cycle times, gentle product handling, the lowest energy consumption per pound of blended product per hour, and complete discharge with no segregation of blended products. This is what we mean by cutting edge! Because most other contractors are still using the old ‘V’ blenders, their production times are longer and the cost of doing business with them is higher. Our mixers are so thoroughly tested that we can guarantee a 99.5% blend every time!
